How do I place an order?

What deposit is required?

A non refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated cost is required with your order.

How can I pay?

You can pay by cheque (payable to Clare Osborne), by cash or via PayPal.

How do I pay using PayPal?

If you choose to pay by Paypal you will need to e-mail us so that we can send you the link. Please note there is a 50p charge for this service.

What if I am not fully satisfied with the purchase?

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, we will give you a full refund less your non refundable deposit providing it is returned within seven days UNWORN. If we are producing a costume which has been designed by a third party, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

What if there are alterations to be made?

We would always recommend that you visit us for your final fitting when purchasing a costume. If it is not possible for you to visit for a fitting, we can post your costume to you, but you will be liable for any postage costs for the return of the costume for alteration. For all other items of dance clothing a fitting is not usually necessary. In the unlikely event of alterations being needed you will be liable for any postage costs for the return of the item.

We are easily accessible from Dorest, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Please contact us for the full address.

How often are e-mails checked?

E-mails are checked on weekdays between 3pm and 4pm. Any enquiries will be answered as quickly as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

This will depend on your order and how busy we are. We are able to give you a guide date upon ordering. Please let us know if you have a specific date you would need to receive your order by.
